Start with the problem or the project
An outlet that stopped working needs a different visit from a kitchen renovation. Tell us whether you need troubleshooting, a replacement, or a new installation. If you have several tasks, include them together so Richard can review the full scope before scheduling.
Separate replacements from new locations
Replacing an existing light or fan is different from adding one where there is no wiring. For each item on your list, tell us the room, whether power already exists and whether you have purchased the equipment. Ceiling height and access also affect the work.
Plan capacity before adding equipment
For EV chargers, electric appliances, heating equipment and larger projects, share what you intend to add. Richard reviews the existing system and wiring route before explaining the circuit or service work involved. An equipment purchase alone does not establish what the installation will require.
