Tell us how the space will be used and whether it will be divided into rooms. Lighting, switches, outlets and equipment circuits should be discussed with the intended layout rather than as an isolated fixture count.

Include equipment and work areas

List any appliances, heating or cooling equipment, tools or other equipment you intend to install. Share model information when available. This helps Richard review the circuits and connections involved.

Explain the construction stage

Let us know whether framing is complete, whether walls and ceilings are open and whether electrical work already exists. Access and the condition of existing wiring shape the estimate and the next steps.

Do you wire unfinished basements?

Yes. We provide electrical work for basement renovations, including planned lighting, outlets, controls and dedicated circuits as required by the project scope.

Can you add power or lighting in a garage?

Yes. Describe the locations, equipment and existing electrical setup. The wiring route and related system requirements are reviewed before installation.

Can I request a repair instead of renovation work?

Yes. Ridge customers can also request troubleshooting, replacement devices, lighting repairs and other paid service work.
