Bring the electrical plan into your renovation early.

Start with the room layout

For a kitchen, bathroom or living-space renovation, share the intended layout and the equipment you plan to use. Lighting, switches, outlets and dedicated circuits are easier to discuss together than as separate additions to an unfinished plan.

Tell us what is already open

The stage of the project affects access. Let us know whether work has started, whether walls or ceilings are open and whether there are plans or drawings. Richard can review the electrical scope with those conditions in mind.

Include work outside the remodeled room

If the renovation also needs a panel review, a new appliance circuit or wiring through other rooms, include it in the request. An on-site estimate helps identify the connected work before an installation date is arranged.

Do you handle partial rewiring?

Yes. We offer partial and whole-home rewiring. Existing wiring condition and access to walls and ceilings help determine the scope.

Should I wait until construction is underway?

You can request a project estimate while planning the renovation. Share the current stage and intended timeline so Richard can discuss the electrical work.

Are renovation estimates available Saturdays?

Free project estimates are available Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM by appointment. Submitting a preferred date does not confirm a booking.
