Tell us which outlets, switches or lights need attention and where they are located. Separate equipment that has stopped working from changes you would like to make, so we can plan troubleshooting and installation work appropriately.

Include new equipment in the plan

If you are adding an appliance, an EV charger or other equipment, share its model and intended location. Richard can review the circuit requirements, existing electrical capacity and possible wiring route before defining the installation.

Group related improvements

A lighting change may also involve dimmers, switches or additional wiring. Include the complete work list in your request so Richard can discuss whether it fits a service visit or needs a separate project estimate.

Can you install a dedicated circuit for new equipment?

We install dedicated circuits and EV charging connections. Share the equipment model and proposed location so Richard can review the installation requirements.

Is a troubleshooting visit a free estimate?

Troubleshooting and repair visits are paid services. Free Saturday estimates are for planned projects such as upgrades and new installations, by appointment.
